Superstar Lacrosse Refund and Return Policy:

Superstar Lacrosse Incorporated is a fully incorporated lacrosse instruction company.  We strive to offer the best instruction and the best service to our campers and our customers.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed! It is our goal to provide your child with the best instruction available in a camp or clinic setting.  Period!

Refund due to Quality of Instruction:  If you are not happy with the quality of our instruction, please bring it to our attention immediately and you will be issued a full refund.  It is our goal to provide your child with the best instruction available in a camp or clinic setting.  Period!

Refund due to Injury:  Injury prior to camp-  If your child is registered for a Superstar Camp or Clinic, but  is injured prior to the start of that session, he or she is entitled to a full refund or a 100% credit towards another one of our camps or clinics.  Just contact us and provide a doctors note stating the date and nature of your childs injury. 

Refund due to Injury:  Injury during camp- Obviously, we will do everything in our power to provide your child with a safe and injury free lacrosse experience.  However, if your child is injured during a camp of clinic and is unable to participate in the rest of the session, he or she will be given a pro-rated refund for the days they are unable to participate.  i.e.  If your child is hurt on day two of a four day camp, we will refund two days worth of your tuition fee.

Refund prior to camp (more than thirty days)- Any registered camper who requests a refund  more than 30 days before camp starts will be given a full refund.

Refund prior to camp (less than thirty days)- Any registered camper who requests a refund less than 30 days before camp starts (unless due to injury-see above) will be given their choice of a 50% refund or 100% credit towards another Superstar Camp.

Refund due to Low Enrollment:  If we decide, at our discretion, that the number of players registered for a camp or clinic is too low for us to provide your child with a great lacrosse experience, we will contact you by e-mail no less than one week prior to the start of the session and offer you a full refund or 100% credit towards another Superstar Lacrosse camp or clinic.
