Superstar Lacrosse Presents "2010 SPRING Break BOOT CAMP" at the Brewster Sports Center! A great opportunity to tune up for the Spring Season! Three Days, Three Hours a day, nothing but Lacrosse, Lacrosse, Lacrosse (and maybe a little dodgeball!).
Line Drills, One-on-Ones, Transition Drills, Games, Contests, Prizes, Dodgeball (did I say Dodgeball?). A ton of fun and a great opportunity to sharpen your skills before the lacrosse season starts!

ROY COLSEY'S "SPARKS" SHOOTING CLINICS AT THE BREWSTER SPORTS CENTER:
Simply put, practice makes perfect. When it comes to shooting, it can be hard to practice on your own. Let our staff put you through a rigorous 55 minute shooting workout designed by All-World Player and Shooting Legend Roy Colsey. During this session, you will shoot the ball until you are exhausted while working on form, placement, velocity, accuracy and shot selection. When your season rolls around, you will be ready to score more goals! Remember, you will miss 100% of the shots that you don't take! Register now!
Registration Limited to 24 Players per session! Offensive Players Only! 6 Goals- 4 players per goal- shoot until you drop (almost!)!
Thursdays in December: 12/3, 12/10 and 12/17
GRADES: All sessions open to grades 5 through 12.
