Parents & Players,

I am really excited to welcome you to the Team 3 Player's Club program. I have no doubt this will be a very unique and positive experience for your lacrosse player.

Please use the Google Calendar Links below to book your evaluation time.  PLEASE note that there are TWO identical Schedules ("A" & "B").  There is 1 available time slot on each calendar.  If you would like to book siblings or friends at the same time, you will need to sign up for same time slot on the "A" calendar and the "B" calendar.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with the process....I think it is pretty staight forward and easy. Please remind your athletes that I am looking for reasons to accept players (not to turn them away!). I am looking for coachable players that want to work hard and have fun. This program is going to become a model for future player development and I am excited to share it with all of you!

See you soon! Roy Colsey

I am excited to begin a new chapter in my lacrosse coaching & athletic development career. In September of 2022, I will open the Athletic IQ Lab in Ridgefield, CT, where we will begin training athletes from all sports using cutting-edge technology and objective, data driven results.  Our training platform is a combination of physical & cognitive training designed to develop the entire athlete, not just their physical ability. Within the AIQ program, I am starting a new model of lacrosse training that is different from anything else on the market.  Players will apply for acceptance in a ten-month developmental program offered at AIQ Lab in Ridgefield, CT. Once accepted, players will be able to choose from a variety of 45-minute modules offered on specific days of the week and weekends. This concept offers lacrosse players access to consistent, expert, small-group instruction for the duration of the school year.  I am excited to work with the same group of players consistently, covering a broad range of lacrosse skill-sets and concepts.  Players in the Team 3 Players Club will benefit from developing a relationship with a trainer who has conducted an in-depth player evaluation and understands where they need to grow in order to reach the next level.

Details on the Team 3 Player's Club Player Evaluation and Membership are below:

The first step of the process is registering for an athletic evaluation and 30-minute lesson (90 minutes total).  Please use the links below to register your player:

High School Player Evaluation- CLICK HERE

The athletic evaluation will include physical, cognitive and lacrosse-specific testing that will provide the athlete with a baseline score.  At the end of each evaluation, I will spend 30 minutes working with the athlete on their lacrosse fundamentals. We will go through the essential elements of shooting and dodging and formulate a plan for their future growth. This process will also allow me to see if we are a good fit for each other. The evaluation and lesson are not a guarantee that your athlete will be invited to join the program. The fee for the evaluation and lesson is $299 and it will take about 90 minutes total to complete.

The Team 3 Player Development program is designed to benefit the dedicated and motivated lacrosse athlete that is looking for more than occasional clinics, average summer coaching or random lacrosse camps. The concept is unique to my teaching space, and will afford each player with the opportunity to learn and grow with professional guidance and teaching. I have had the opportunity to develop many athletes as they have pursued their dreams of playing college lacrosse and have learned a great deal about the process itslef and what it takes to reach the highest level.. The athletes that are accepted into this program will be offered incredible support and consistent, year-round training.
