Functional Strength & Movement for Lacrosse- The Ultimate Pre-Season Lacrosse Speed, Strength and Agility Program w/ Roy Colsey
Our Lacrosse Performance Lab has become an awesome place to elevate your game. We have added state of the art equipment, treadmills and most recently, the SuperCat Vertical Jump Training Machine. We use electronic testing and we measure and calculate everything!!! Your player will be on a highly specialized, sport-specific and age-specific program with a DAILY lifting, plyometrics and speed workout designed for them based on their age, weight and maturity level. Many of our athletes gained 10-15 pounds of muscle over last years winter program. IT WAS A TOTAL GAME CHANGER FOR THEM GOING INTO THE LACROSSE SEASON!!!
Description: This is an intensive, 3 day a week program designed for dedicated lacrosse players looking to enter the Spring season in the best possible physical condition for their Spring season. This program will improve all areas of their physical condition while improving overall body strength, acceleration, agility and flexibility. The program is broken down into 3 specific days, each having an overall focus that greatly compliments the other days of the training cycle.
ENROLLMENT IS EXTREMELY LIMITED! OPEN TO PLAYERS IN GRADES 7-12
***IMPORTANT***This is a serious, high-level training program. We are going to work hard for 90 minutes a day and make tremendous progress. Please do not register for this program if you don’t think your player will enjoy working hard 3 X a week towards the specific goal of getting ready for the Spring lacrosse season!
- Mondays: Linear Acceleration/Upper Body Strength/Core/Rolling & Repair
- Wednesdays: Lateral Agility/Lower Body Strength/Core/Rolling & Repair
- Fridays: Diagonal Movement/ Rotational Strength/ Lacrosse Specific Movement/ FRIDAYS are our FUN day….lots of competition, races and games!
