Spring In-Season Strength & Agility Program for Grades 7 & 8:
Mondays and Thursdays at ALA:

Strength & Agility Program will include weightlifting, plyometrics and acceleration training with a lighter overall training load as players are now in-season. Players can and will make significant gains on this training schedule!
We will operate on an "A" Day, "B" Day workout schedule, optomizing our workouts to make sure that we are focused on being ready for games on weekends. Monday's lifts will be the harder of the 2 days with a greater emphasis on Speed & Agility on Thursdays!
Begins Monday, March 18th.
Mondays: 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 6/3
Thursdays: 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11, 4/25, 5/2, ***Fri 5/10***, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30
