Thank you so much for volunteering to be a Team Superstar Team Parent. I wanted to put the instructions on how to send an email right here on the website so that you can reference it when you are trying to figure out how to contact the rest of the people on your team.
1.) To start, click on the "Admin" tab on the top right corner of the website.
2.) A box will appear with "Your Full Name" and "Password" boxes. Please enter the username and password that I have assigned to you.
3.) The "Admin" page will open and you will see a tab on the left hand side of the page that says "MEMBERS". Click on that link.
4.) At the top of this new page there will be a drop down box where it says "Report Type" that currently has the selection "Directory Listing" selected. Click on that box and select "Send Email" instead.
5.) Now, go over to the box on the right hand side of the page that has the various Superstar Teams listed. Click on your team so that it is highlighted, and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "find them".
6.) A new screen will appear that will be used to compose and send your email to all of the email addresses in the system for that particular team. Where is says "Sender", put in your name. Where it says "Reply to" put in the email address that you would like people to reply to. Put in an email title under "Subject" and then type the body of your email in the space provided. When you are satisfied with the content of your email, scroll to the bottom and click "send".
7.) A confirmation email will be sent to you, to me, and the email itself will be broadcast to all of the people on the team. From here, people can reply all and get everyone up to speed on the weekends plans, etc.
